NJP Global takes junior pickleball beyond the tournament draw. Between daily sessions on court, athletes explore the place they’ve traveled to with guided excursions, shared meals, and cultural exchange.
Each trip pairs every NJP junior with a local player from our host junior organization — a partner on court, a guide to their country, and a friendship that outlasts the trip. Lodging, meals, coaching, and excursions are handled from the moment the group lands. Resort-wide amenities mean there’s something for non-playing parents and siblings too.
It’s not an overstatement to say pickleball is shaping the lives of these young athletes by building friendships that cross borders and memories that’ll last far longer than any score.

Depart the U.S. Saturday, November 21. Flights to Brazil are overnight, arriving Sunday morning, November 22. Return flights depart Sunday, November 29.

Cultural Exchange
Every NJP athlete is paired in advance with a Brazilian FPP junior — introduced through profiles and video before departure, a buddy for the joint weekend events, a partner for the tournament, and a friendship that often continues long after.
Coaching & Court Time All Week
Two hours of daily junior instruction from NJP staff, plus open court time all day, evening coached programming, and optional private lessons.
Eco Adventures
A guided excursion every day of the training week — from whitewater rafting and zip lining to waterfalls and the brilliant night sky in the heart of Brazil's adventure capital. Every excursion is included in your trip price, and families are welcome to opt out of any activity and enjoy the resort instead.
Immersive Travel
From a countryside lunch stop on the drive in to a Brazilian Thanksgiving feast and traditional BBQ, this trip is a genuine taste of Brazilian life and hospitality.

Cultural Exchange
- NJP x FPP Cultural Exchange Buddy Program, with buddy pairings introduced before departure
- Saturday NJP x FPP Junior Tournament, played in buddy pairs
- Sunday closing NJP x FPP joint clinic
Pickleball Programming
- Two hours of junior coaching daily, Monday through Thursday, led by NJP coaching staff
- Open court time on the resort's eight courts, plus evening programming and parent play throughout the week
- NJP Global: Brazil player kit
Excursions & Transportation
- Five guided excursions with transportation included: whitewater rafting and tubing, zip lining, waterfall hikes, nature preserves, and a nighttime observatory session — all included in the trip price, with the option to skip any activity
- Round-trip ground transfers between São Paulo and Brotas

Sixteen NJP juniors spent two weeks across Malaysia and Vietnam — training daily NJP coaches, competing alongside junior players, and experiencing new foods and culture from another part of the world, and made friendships that still continue.
Some of the best moments from NJP Global: Asia Tour didn’t happen on the court… they happened between matches, when our players got to just be kids. Sharing snacks, swapping stories, and bonding over the one thing that brought them all together in the first place; pickleball. Tired legs, full hearts, and a crew that started as teammates and left as friends. Three countries, one sport, and memories these kids will carry for a lifetime.
