High-Level Training for Serious Junior Athletes

NJP Bootcamp is the most intensive junior pickleball training experience available- built for athletes who are serious about their game and ready to prove it.

This isn’t a recreational camp. It’s a professional development environment where every hour is purposeful, every session is coached, and every player is pushed to grow.

Each day includes:

  • 3 hours of structured on-court technical development
  • 2 hours of competitive match play and live point scenarios
  • Off-court sessions focused on athletic performance, strategy, and the mindset of a high-performance competitor

With a low player-to coach ratio, athletes receive a level of individual attention that simply doesn’t exist at other camps. Our coaches travel the world teaching the game at the highest levels — and they bring that same standard to every session at Bootcamp.

Beyond the court, players will build real connections through team based experiences designed to foster the culture, accountability, and competitive drive that define elite athletes.

NJP Bootcamp sets the standard for junior pickleball development.

Come ready to work. Leave a better player.

What Players Can Expect

  • Elite Coaching — Hyper-personalized, high-level coaching that ensures every player receives the individual attention needed to truly elevate their game.
  • Advanced Technical Development — This isn’t a camp that masks weaknesses — it’s one that confronts them head on. Coaches will identify and target the specific deficits holding your game back.
  • High Repetition Competitive Drilling — Purposeful, intense reps designed to lock in technical adjustments and make new habits second nature under pressure.
  • Weapons Refinement & Offensive/Defensive Expansion — Sharpen your existing strengths while building a more complete, versatile game on both sides f the ball.
  • Tactical & Strategic IQ Training — One of the most underrated dimensions of elite pickleball. Coaches will run scenario-based drills engineered to sharpen decision-making, pattern recognition, and in-match strategy.
  • Coached Match Play vs. Local 5.0s — A rare and invaluable experience. Young competitors will face high-level, unfamiliar opponents while receiving real-time coaching — a combination almost impossible to find anywhere else.
  • Athletic Performance & Off Court Development — We’re developing elite athletes, not just elite pickleball players. Sessions targeting physical performance, mental toughness, and the intangibles that separate good players from great ones.
  • Strategy Sessions — Players will develop the ability to analyze their own game, recognize strategic patterns in real time, and build the reflective habits of a high-performance competitor.
  • Team Building & Social Experiences — Camp is intense — and intentionally so. But we balance that intensity with team activities, competitions, and social experiences designed to help players decompress, build real friendships, and grow alongside peers who share the same drive.
  • Exclusive NJP Bootcamp Player Kit — Every attendee receives a custom NJP player kit unavailable to the public — a badge of belonging to an elite group of athletes committed to the pursuit of excellence.

“NJP Bootcamp was a great experience – a highlight was the personalization of the coaching each player received.  The coaches were committed to developing the “whole player” and I especially appreciated the in depth player evaluation we received at the end of camp. We look forward to the next one!”

“NJP bootcamp was the most memorable and influential pickleball event our son has ever attended.  It was well structured and offered a tremendous boost to his overall game, while making it fun and enjoyable.  He is still asking me when the next camp will be!”

“The camp was excellent – a great way for the juniors to get together, get to know each other better, plus focus on improving at pickleball through the great coaching.”
